Traveler Reviews

Richard hosted us for a half-day tour of Wellington & made it the most magical city in the world. Blessed by a sunny day, his knowledge and commentary brought the city to life. It was a treat that my 89 year old father keeps speaking about still. Highly recommended!

We all enjoyed our Wellington Tour with Richard. He is very knowledgeable about the city and a considerate friendly guide. A great way to see Wellington. Richard even took us back up Mt Victoria a second time because visibility was poor on our first attempt. Would certainly recommend Xplor Tours.

It was a very cloudy, cold and rainy day. Richard made our tour fun and full of excitement and laughter while giving us fun facts around Wellington. Our tour was so much fun that the weather was of little to no concern, we were warm and cozy in a very comfortable van. The views were stunning and information very informative. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting a highlights tour of Wellington with an exceptional guide. Though I have been to Wellington multiple times I found this tour fun and intriguing I can’t recommend this enough.

We had a great tour of the local sites of interest. It was a typical winters day in Wellington but Connie our host made the day fun and interesting. Very good value and a nice way to get your sense of direction in a new city.
