ItineraryThis is a typical itinerary for this productStop At: Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, Lighthouse Road Gibbs Hill BermudaIf you are porting in Kings Wharf then this is the tour for you.We start your tour from Bermuda's Royal Navy Base, here you will see and hear about the history, whilst seeing its arsenal and fortress that was built in the 1700s. Then our scenic journey takes us through the parish of Somerset, we head over the smallest drawbridge in the Atlantic Ocean, known as the Somerset Bridge (opening at only 18-inch's). This bridge joins the main part of the Island and Somerset and was built in the 17th century.We head to Gibbs Lighthouse where we have some great photo opportunities, this 1840's lighthouse offers some amazing views to the shore of the Island. Then we drive along the coast by Warwick Long Bay and Horseshoe Bay viewing amazing sights such as he botanical gardens. These gardens are thirty six acres of flowers, shrubs and trees. The gardens also offer he Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, where every piece has some link to Bermuda.Duration: 30 minutesStop At: Tucker's Town, Tucker's Town, St. George's Parish, BermudaNext on our adventure is the wealthy Tuckers town, here you will see the golf course and some amazing house. It has been known to be home to presidential candidates and famous people (join the tour to find out more). Then we visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of St. George, a ship wreck in 1609 was the first time people were on the Island and this is one of the landmarks of the tour.Duration: 40 minutesStop At: Bermuda, BermudaNext on the tour is the oldest Anglican church in use in the Western Hemisphere (1612), here you can have free time to wander the enjoy the town. After our stop here we head for Hamilton along the North Coast Road. This is the capital of Bermuda and is situated on the protected shoreline of Hamilton Harbor. The classed as the capital in 1815 and you will see the Cathedral (1897), the city hall, and views of the Italianate Government House. After your tour of Hamilton you can choose to finish at the ferry terminal in Hamliton and make your own way back to the ship or take the ferry back to your cruise ship in Kings Wharf. If you choose free time please bear in mind the ferry's run every hour and can take 20 minutes, the ticket is included in your ticket however we need you to make sure you get yourself back to the ship a hour before disembarkation.This tour really is the best way to see the whole of the Island in one half day fun tour.
