The tour was a great way to experience a variety of what Tassie has to offer. Great day out from Hobart, driving through the countryside, Russell Falls was breathtaking, Bonorong was educational, wonderful food at historic Richmond and the views from Mt Wellington competed the day. Jarrod was a friendly and informative driver who made the day more special. He couldn’t do enough for us.
Excellent tour. A very friendly tour guide (Jarrod) who showed us the history and interesting stories of the places we went to. Totally recommend it
Overall a great day. I was in a small group and we were all solo travellers. We really bonded throughout the day and there was a lot of laughing and talking. Unfortunately weather was not on our side on the day we went as it was raining and windy, and we saw nothing at Mt Wellington, but we did get to have a bit of a play in the snow :) We were all pretty excited by that as we are all from hot states where it doesn't snow. Jarrod was good in that he was keeping a constant eye on the weather. He also was a wealth of information. We did Mt Field National Park and the main walks first as it was only cloudy then and not raining. Would not have been able to do that walk easily in the rain without it being very slippery. There are a lot of stairs and uneven ground. Russell Falls is just beautiful. Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is amazing. Loved that place. Such a great opportunity to see wombats and Tassie Devils and feed kangaroos. The stop at Richmond I wish was longer, I love that
We had an amazing experience on this day tour. Jarrod our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and we couldn’t fault anything. We were even lucky enough to get snow on Mt Wellington!
The whole day was great from the moment Jordan picked me up from my accommodation. We had plenty of time to explore and the tips on what to see to make the most our visit was awesome.
