Claudia and her team are AMAZING! We went to Dreams Macao for our wedding, and booked a private snorkeling party boat with Claudia. We had everyone from ages 6-60, and everyone had THE BEST time! The boat ride was amazing, the reef they took us to was beautiful, and the 'natural pool' that we stopped at was so fun and private! The staff on the boat was second to none, very entertaining! When you can get everyone up and dancing, you know you've done your job! Claudia is definitely the gem here, her customer service puts the expression 'above and beyond' to shame. She's 100x past above and beyond! I am a travel agent, and I will ONLY book my clients traveling to Punta Cana with Claudia for transfers and excursions. Do yourself a favor and book with her, you won't be disappointed!
