The ATV tour was phenomenal. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our tour guide Alexander was great and attentive. Rene was communicative and personable. I definitely recommend anyone visiting Puerto Plata who is looking for a great excursion sign up for this tour. The value and experience cannot be beat.

Rene (owner) was really good at communicating. I was able to set up a group excursion for my cruise. We had to walk out of the port of Amber cove which Rene told us it would be about 7-9 minutes and it was. Once we left the port they had a mini van for us to ride to the 4 wheelers (like 1 minute). When we arrived to get the 4 wheelers we were given a safety briefing then headed on our way. We then traveled gravel roads to a beach then stopped at several spots to learn about the culture. My favorite part was driving back to take the 4 wheelers home and we were able to get close to our ship. Great trip.

Words can’t express the excellent level of customer service that my girls and I experienced during our trip. Rene was scheduled to pick up my girlfriend for an airport transfer to our resort and we had other transportation plans;however, after the cancellation of 2 flights, I was at a loss and didn’t know what to do. Our flight was scheduled fo arrive in Puerto Plata and we had to now book a flight to Santiago which would arrive at 1:00 am with no transportation previously scheduled. I was clueless, nervous, and confused as to what to do to get us to our resort from Santiago. I took a chance and contacted Rene and he told me not to worry and that he could send one of his drivers fo pick us up (over an hour and a half away). I couldn’t believe it! He re-assured me and told me not to worry and everything would be okay. He didn’t even hesitate about coming out to pick us up at such an early hour. We were on a time limit, we ended up doing the private 4 wheeler tour and the horseback ride on the same day. We absolutely love the way the staff treated us. We were a party of 7 and our experiences riding were very different, but the guys that took us on the tours were GREAT. The scenery on both tours were beautiful and the stop we made to enjoy some coffee and rum was lots of fun. Edgar the driver that picked us up from the hotel was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable of the area and very friendly. Both tours exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone that might be interested and would definitely return on our next trip to DR.
