Lack of communication issue No lobster were available and no English speaking tour guide Stranded in the island without anyone to help us out and short time to spend in the island Wasn’t happy with our package

Una experiencia desastrosa. Me retiraron de los primeros del hotel y me dejaron al último (2 horas en viaje en el retorno...). El guía turístico ebrio, termino durmiendo en Isla Saona. Tampoco guias hacen cumplir medidas Covid, mascarillas por ejemplo. Turistas acompañantes escandalosos, .. Botan basura en el mar (en un parque protegido) y los guías no les dicen nada. Dos mujeres borrachas no quisieron usar mascarilla en la van.. el chófer dice que no es obligatorio. Esperamos 35 minutos en el catamarán que llegara la lancha para llegar al puerto. Perdimos el día. No vayan con esta agencia.

Todo estuvo Perfecto! Me encantó el día compartiendo con mi familia y amistades. Lo haría 100% de nuevo!

I booked an all inclusive yacht tour and didn't get anything that I paid for. We were told that the speed boat was taking us to the yacht but it never did. We rode in the speed boat the entire trip. Were supposed to get wine and lobster and we didn't receive that. The things that we did get was beautiful. The island we finally arrived towas beautiful. If there were changes to the trip no on ever conveyed them to me or anyone else in the party. I want to give it a poor rating but some things were beautiful. It was a 3 rating out of 10. The host was wonderful and our driver.
