We had a blast! They picked us up and took us back from our stay and zipped us to catch out boat. The kids (teens 15-19) we able to swim safely and see colorful fish.

Well this was an interesting trip the transfer driver was awesome. The owner of the boat business was not so nice. He tried to make me pay for another boat when I was there with my family. Thank God i know Spanish or else he would have screwed me over. Although, once on the speedboats the captains that go with you were awesome!!!. Other than the "confusion part" it was great. Be cautious with these guys.....

Perfect service, experience and all in time and after plan. The best tour experience in Punta Cana. The tour was all money worth.

A decent excursion but I would not do this again. They didn't pick us up when they said they would. We called and the guy said they were there but didn't see us (weird because it is a small area and we were there the whole time looking out for them). They did say they could take us later that day, so we just had lunch and went to the pool for a little and then left at 2. The driver took us to the dock area (no actual dock) through a shopping center where people called out to us constantly to go into their shops. We got through the mall and they did not appear to be very organized - gave my husband and son life jackets and then took them back. We assumed they would give them to us once on the boat but they asked if we could swim (we could) and that was that - no life jackets. Was fine because we could all swim, but weird. Snorkeling was fine but so many boats and people (in their life jackets) around we kept bumping into each other. Lots of waves from the boats and very hard
