We had 4 days in Bergen this summer, and had prebooked a cruise/ experience with this boat to Folgefonna. With this we could also see the fjords, and Hardanger Fjord is one of the best ones, especially from Bergen. We got picked up near the fishmarket downtown Bergen 09:00, perfect time this lovely summer day, after a nice nreakfast at the hotel. Cruising out the Vågen from Bergen was a great experience and view, and further from there southwards towards Hardanger Fjord. We passed small and larger islands on the way, and narrow fjords. We had the option of stopping by a large waterfall (Fureberg), but since this takes about one hour extra, we chose not to. When arriving in Jondal village, a smalll coutry village next to the fjord, we walked around a little before we drove up to the Folgefonna glacier with a waiting car. Lovely experience this as well, about 20 km up steep mountainsides with great view down towards the fjord and villages far down there. We had not booked any spec
