Wow , I had no idea what to expect , and this was nothing short of amazing ! Guilds was our tour guide and he was enriched with so much history and knowledge ! Matt was our chef and we hand picked the items for him to cook - and let’s just say I wish we could Bring him home ! Best food we had all weeekend This is a must !!!!

So much fun. Our leader, Guilds Hollowell, was informative, interesting and so supportive of his city. He showed us the area. Imparted info and stories about Charleston. Then led us on the most wonderful food challenge consisting of 10 courses. The chefs at the restaurant were over-the-top creative and amazing. I can't recommend this tour enough. Go hungry and ready for a wonderful time.

This was an excellent tour. Giles our tour guide met us and we got to pick out something from the market and give it to one of the chefs that was going to be preparing the food. We then took a tour of the city for about 45 mins to an hour. We had eleven people in our tour which was just perfect. The tour guide stopped and picked up from a local bakery (Sugar Bakeshop). We then went back to a local restaurant that let the tour use for a couple hours since they did not open until 5:00pm. We had a 13 course meal each brought out separately and explained by the chefs. Giles kept us entertained during the meal as well as the chefs. Great experience and definitely worth the price.

Absolutely fantastic experience! There is no better way to get to know a city than to walk it, listen to stories told by natives, and to eat the local fare. With this tour, you get all of the above. Giles was wonderful and had such a fun bank of stories from his experiences. The Chefs were creative and very talented. Highly recommend this tour!

Giles was an awesome history and food guide! Chefs were awesome friendly and the meal out of the park!! we will be back for dinner for sure on our next trip!!
