This interactive ghost tour was fun and an unique experience compared to other tours. The content was interesting, along with the tools and devices we used throughout the tour! Book this tour if you are looking for more than just a person pointing at buildings and telling random stories.

We particularly enjoyed the history behind the places we visited during our tour. Nick was engaging, very friendly, and super knowledgeable.

Having been on a few ghost tours in Charleston, I didn’t want to hear the same stories again. Don’t get me wrong, the tours are cool, but don’t expect that if you decide to book with Nick! Rather than telling stories, Nick teaches you how to LEARN the story. He is so knowledgeable with a passion that is infectious. Learning to use the different tools was fascinating and we definitely had some things come up… I have so much more respect for the craft after this experience. Taking pictures hoping to catch an orb only entertains you for so long. Don’t expect that with Nick. We had such a great evening and will absoLUTELY be booking with Nick again! I cannot recommend this experience enough. Looking forward to reviewing the data (yes, actual evidence)!

Nick (owner and your guide) is fantastic! Not only does he provide fascinating historical information about Charleston but he also teaches you the basics of hunting for ghosts. He is a great story teller and was very patient with all of us first time ghost hunters. Would definitely recommend this tour! Have never done anything like this. It it’s worthwhile and a very unique experience. Nick provides your with ghost hunting equipment.

We had an excellent time! Great mix of scientific ghost hunting with the equipment and historic information of the area by Nick. He is super knowledgeable of the area as well as the paranormal equipment. We definitely would recommend!
