Thought the tour would be a fun way to explore the history of local ghost stories. It did do that but the over dramatizing and ridiculous sound effects were annoying. We could not finish listening to it. We were also able to get it to stay pulled up on one of our devices (iPhone). The app kept shutting down on the other device (Android). The tour did do a good job of giving directions and letting you know exactly how to find the next stop.

Good for the price. Found multiple places on the tour we'd like to return to and learn write a lot. Took about an hour and a half with our elderly but could be closer to an hour at a decent pace

So great audio to follow along on your journey… everything was easy to find and the directions were phenomenal… my only suggestion would be to start the tour early… once the streets clear out it’s a little spooky walking though Charleston basically alone. If you are doing this tour solo or eve with one or two others I would definitely go earlier… the cost was great and we actually passed a few groups going to the same spots with the same stories!!! We were able to experience the same thing at a fraction of the price!!!

Great option if you want to go your own pace. We hit all the same spots the other tour guides went to. Great for a late night stroll.
