As someone in the restaurant business I have done a lot of wine tours and I can say this is a must. Mario is an amazing person and very knowledgeable person on all aspects of his tours. From the time we met and the beautiful and comfortable luxury transportation to every stop along the way it was an experience we will not only never forget but will come back for soon as possible. Mario picks very different and beautiful wineries and the restaurant we went to was world class. Do yourself a favor and book a tour with Mario you will not regret it. Thank you Mario and the amazing country of Mexico for always providing a magical experience.

Mario is an expert on the Guadalupe Valley wineries, an excellent tour guide. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about Mexican wines and surrounding areas. Do not look anywhere else. this is the wine tour to book.

Mario, owner & operator of Baja California Wine Tours, is a joy to work with! Due to Covid, we were unable to be in person with our son and his bride on the actual May 2021 day that they got married. We finally celebrated our son’s wedding in Valle de Guadalupe November 2021. Mario proved to be an excellent choice to guide us and help us put together our personalized, custom itinerary for this special occasion. Our family and special friends’ wedding celebration was an intimate group of 12. It was a foodie and wine wedding celebration to match the groom and bride’s love for these. Mario was terrific with recommendations, logistics and made our trip a memory that we will all treasure! Mario drove us from San Diego to Valle de Guadalupe with stops in La Bufadora and Ensenada. He also arranged for our dinner and wine tasting reservations throughout the entirety of our Valle trip. He made it easy; fun to relax and enjoy socializing in his van! Our experience in the Guadalupe Valley was absolutely incredible. The Valley was beautiful and each vineyard we visited was really excellent. Everything went smoothly due to our amazing guide Mario, who truly takes great care to make sure his guests have a relaxing and enjoyable day. We would not have had the same fun and educational trip without him! I highly recommend Mario’s wine tasting tour, or any of his tours!
