Traveler Reviews

I went to the night experience with a large group of friends. All kiwis but we had an absolute blast. The activities at night in amongst the beautifully lit bush was stunning and then we got treated to an incredible performance by the extended whanau that runs the place. Highly, highly recommended.

Be transported to a time and place where the senses are awakened and the magic of Maori storytelling is brought to life through korero, waiata, haka, games, and laughter in a unique and interactive village experience like no other. We left there feeling very special, well looked after, and thoroughly entertained. Fun for the whole whanau, friends, large groups, and corporates. Nga mihi nui ki a koutou mo to manaaki i a matou o Te Whare Reo Rangatira o Tukarere. No matou te waimarie.

I had a lot of fun at Tamaki Village interacting and being entertained by such talented and friendly hosts. A lot of laughs and smiles. Highly recommend to all groups.

From the welcome, to the interactive activities within the native bush learning about different traditional games and activities in the Tamaki village, to the truly exceptional Maori performance. It was a fun and informative experience for all ages. Highly recommend.

This is a must do and I recommend every New Zealander to go and check out the world class experience they have to offer. They provided a safe and enjoyable environment in every aspect of our time there. Beyond grateful for such an amazing experience. The talent amongst the group was amazing! Thank you all for the hospitality!
