A beautiful day with Tim, exploring some of the whisky distillaries in and about Hobart. Tim was a lovely knowledgeable host, and at each stie we greeted with incredibly passionate and dedicated people who generosly shared their craft. We had more samples offered than we could drink, were able to enjoy lovely historic Richmond and lunch at Wattlebanks was delicious. The pacing of the whole day was spot on.

This is a must do tour for whisky lovers. Great choice of distilleries and very informative tour. Tim the guide was excellent. Would do again!

This was a very well organised and fun tour. Our guide, Tim was lovely. The tour consisted of some the best Distilleries in and around Hobart. We were exposed to about 3 distilleries with several whiskies (and Gin) to taste. Followed by a cleansing ale at a very cool brewery near the main foreshore. The tour has a bus to take you around,. if you are curious about Tasmanian Whisky (or Whisky in general) then this tour is for you.

Initially disappointed as I’d booked for the gin distillery tour which wasn’t able to proceed, this day was a total joy for me and my adult son to share together. Gino our tour guide was engaging and skilful at connecting the group with each other and a very enthusiastic guide. I learned so much about whisky and the distillery processes as well as enjoying the tastings and meeting the distillery creatives. Gino was also keen to ensure we also experienced some Gin tastings as part of the day given out earlier disappointment. Our lunch and wine pairings was also special and a lovely pause in the middle of the day. We were so fortunate to have a wonderful group of participants to share the day with. Thank you Kate for offering this alternative. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was the highlight of our trip! Peter was a wonderful guide, knowing everyone in the community. We had an amazing lunch at Frogmore Creek. Cannot recommend enough.
