We scheduled a discovery dive in advance before our trip to Cozumel. They were great with follow up and answering any questions we had. My family had a great time and Jorge's staff worked closely and patiently with my daughter since this was on her first dive and helped her enjoy her time thoroughly. It was a wonderful dive experience and Jorge and his team helped everyone feel safe and secure through the entire dive. The type of sealife my family were able to see on this dive was exceptional for a discovery dive. Highly recommend this dive company. I've dived with Jorge & Cozumel Sea Dive before and it is still the best company I've done dives with. Jorge does an excellent job in explaining the dive spots and is looking for the best places to go to for the daily conditions. More over, you feel extremely safe with him and he is very picky about not disturbing the underwater world which is a major plus too! My friend dived for the first time and she had an excellent experience as well and felt really safe. It is always a pleasure to dive and talk with him and the crew involved. I will definitely come back over and over again.

I am a Newbie at diving and trusted a friend's recommendation to go on a dive with Jorge. So I booked a tour and we met him at a port. He's a very kind and empathic person whose smile is contagious and makes you relax immediately. He gave me a proper introduction and the most important: I felt that I can trust him from moment one. When we went into the water he took very special care and never lost sight of me. He pointed me to many different kinds of fish and corals so that I was blown away by the beauty of the underwater world. You can tell that the sea is Jorge's home and that he in awe of ocean wildlife. It's a pleasure to share this experience with him as a diving instructor. You shouldn't miss out on it!

We are a family of four with mixed experience and abilities...the parents were honestly a little rusty. We did two days of diving with Jorge in April 2021 including a refresher and four additional dives. He really made us feel safe and showed us some wonderful places. His boat captain is capable, cheerful and helpful. His equipment was in excellent conditions - zero issues with equipment for the four of us. It's clear that Jorge has been diving in this area for many many years and cares deeply about the area and its visitors. Highly recommend.

I am a new diver and my husband is an experienced diver. We thought scuba diving would be a great hobby that we could enjoy together. A couple of huge hurdles for me are claustrophobia and anxiety so I did have some reservations. Last summer we found Jorge and are so happy we did! He is so calm, encouraging, understanding, and knowledgeable. Just what I needed to conquer those hurdles! This is our second summer to dive with him. Our stay was longer this time, so we were fortunate to dive three days. He allowed me to go at my own pace and proceed once comfortable. A good Master Diver can make all the difference in the world and Jorge is the BEST! We HIGHLY recommend! You will not be disappointed! Jorge is the only instructor that we will dive with when in Cozumel?? We can’t wait to come back!
