Prepaid for a 1:45 pm Ultramar BOAT tour. "Maritime transportation" ad says. We arrived promptly at 1:30 and was told our boat left at 1:00 (early) but the boat would be back at 3:00 for next tour so "Wait in the heat and around the mall for an hour and a half." No boat at 3:00. Told to wait some more. Finally the Ferry showed up and we were told to wait with a group that had embarked. More waiting standing in the heat. Finally around 4:30 pm , we were hustled off inland about 5 or 6 blocks to a fuming chumming bus idling to take us somewhere-hardly as refreshing as a boat ride. Given a wrist band that was to be used to get in and out of some beach club and to help get back on the bus around 7:30 or sometime - being blurted out in broken English by a screech owl of a voice with a city bus motor in my ear. We were obviously being shipped or shanghaied to some other part of the island...late in the afternoon. No snorkeling light left except for murky dark shadows. My patience expired
