The whole experience was great. The pools are very clean and staff friendly. I even liked the quirky changing rooms. Actually don't mind the sulphur smell lingering. The mud was hilarious. The whole place is first class. Due to covid there were only four other people there.

My husband needed some time out from the demands at work. This was a fantastic relaxing time. Chilling out in the mud bath and sulphur pools.

This is an awesome spot. It was unfortunate that we didn't see more people there - feel for the businesses in Rotorua and the impact of the lack of tourism in the area. The mud pools are wonderful and the pools lovely to soak in. Thanks for a great experience!

First time visit and it was a wonderful experience. The mud is so sumptuous on the skin and the sulphur is so soothing. I recommend this to anyone wanting to really unwind. I chose to hire a towel, and I think next time I might hire togs to just cause of the smell
