Overview
ItineraryGuest will be collected at their desired pickup location or staring point and shuttled in air conditioned comfort along a scenic drive to The Pottery Garden in beautiful Josiah's Bay. On arrival Potter/Instructor Karl Burnett will give an introduction of the grounds and himself as a working Ceramic Artist. In the workshop, Karl will then quickly explain a bit about pottery "hand building" techniques and then demonstrate making different shaped pieces on the potter's wheel. Now it is your chance to get your hands in the mud! Have a try a the potter's wheel or hand build your own creation! After all the clay play fun, Karl shows you a bit more detail about his outdoor wood fired kiln and tropical garden. Finally, browse through the studio gallery of beautiful handcrafted pottery on sale and get yourself a lovely reminder of your trip to The Virgin Islands.
