Grant did a Fabulous job of organizing the day so that everyone got the most of what they wanted to experience. I would highly recommend the geothermal park as it was fascinating and Grant gave us a personal tour. The gondola was a relaxing end to the day in Rotorua. It is a long day but well worth the trip. Exceptional company!

Did waiu-te-Pau as well. Well informed guide who made us feel welcome and kept us refreshed. Was amazing to see the two places and how different they where. The champagne pool and the bright green one amaze you then a short ride away and you see the geyser blow, awesome

Left Auckland right on time in nice Mercedes van. Lance our driver was great telling stories about everything we saw. Was very knowledgeable about everything about in New Zealand. It was really special to stop for “ worlds best ice cream” and also a local supermarket for chocolate ( which was half the price compared to airport prices. Over all the cost of “small group tour” which was a little more expensive but well worth it. The only negative part of the tour( which can’t be avoided) is a long 3 hour ride both ways. Do highly recommend tour especially if lance is your guide

Had a great time on the day trip to Rotorua. Michael was a great guide and very entertaining on the long drive to and from Rotorua. There were 6 of us in the group doing a variety of activities and he let us know how the day would work, what to expect and the various times throughout the day where different people would need to be for the day to run to plan. At no time did we feel rushed, but were kept on track and everything ran to schedule. Really enjoyed getting to know my tour mates and would definitely look at doing another tour with Cheeky Kiwi when back in New Zealand.

Michael was a great guide who got us everywhere safely. Stopping by Lake Rotarua was amazing. I thought we were just going to drive by the lake but we were able to get out of the car to take some of the most amazing pictures. I didn't have tickets to the Maori cultural show at Te Puia but Michael & Cheeky Kiwi Travel were able to purchase tickets for me since I wanted to attend. Michael gave great advice to one of the tour members so we were all able to get front row seats for the show. I thought there was enough time after the show to eat and walk around to see the geyser as well as surrounding area. Even though it was a long day, the pictures I captured that day were well worth it!
