Traveler Reviews

We were scheduled to depart from the hotel at 10:30A. We were told there would be an hour delay because they were so busy. We waited for almost 2 hours before they paid to have another boat take the two of us out. It was supposed to be a 2 hour snorkel run but we were back after an hour and 15 minutes. Snorkeling was pretty good but scheduling was extremely poor.

This was very poor. The reefs are depleted, you cannot see anything through the glass bottom boat, and at the three sites, there was only one with a few fish. I would give the whole thing D- and would advise people to go to Tulum if you can still snorkle there or Isla de Mujeres.
