This activity was a good choice as our ship was only in port a few hours but this place was a short cab ride from Carnival port. The tour guides were very friendly and even helped my wife with her confidence- she was a little anxious. Luckily she made it and she was happy she did. The zipline excursion was fun, short and kept both of us entertained. It was 6 lines completed in one fun hour!

We had such an amazing time with these guys . Super professional and brand new equipment. Great activity that is fun, family friendly and pretty easy if you don’t mind climbing a few ladders. I highly recommend this adventure above the trees to everyone!

Great tour! Chucho and his team really went above and beyond. The lines are fun and location the best as this is where the Fly high zipline was before so it took like 5 minutes to get there from our Cruise port. It was fun!

We loved exploring the whale sharks in their natural habitat. We were able to see quite a few - they were basically surrounding our boat. We got in the water twice…the experience is luck of the draw depending on how fast or active the shark is. Overall, that part was pretty neat. On the flip side - the captain was very demanding and not very warm. He could have been a little nicer. Everyone else in our group had the same read on his personality - he was pretty abrasive. The trip was REALLY long for what it was. Drive to Cancun - over an hour, boat ride - over 3 hours, in the water with sharks - 15 minutes. Stopping at the island was pointless. You can’t explore or snorkel, the guide basically taught us about the sharks while standing in the water. The food was questionable. Not sure homemade ham and cheese is safe out of refrigeration. Same for the home made ceviche. They made that right on the boat without washing their hands. Doesn’t seem very sanitary. If you go, I would r
We were super excited for this tour and were hoping for a great day, particularly given the quite significant cost (c170 USD pp). The tour starts from Playa de Carmen, so if you are staying in Cozumel, you will need to add 20 USD pp for the ferry. It’s also a very early start, getting the ferry out at 7am. This was followed by about an hour-long transfer to a small marina outside Cancun. A breakfast was meant to follow here, but all we were offered were some bananas, coffee and water as we were rushed out to the boat. I gather we may have been a bit delayed due to road construction traffic, but we were rather hungry at this point. Staff were generally disinterested and very little information was provided about what was happening - in either Spanish or English. We were charged a further 300 MXN pp for “park fees”. Interestingly, the park wristband stated a cost of 50 MXN pp. When I queried this I was told the rest was a pier fee. Why you wouldn’t include that in the tour cost is be
