Most of the time is spent waiting for the ferry and then driving to each location. We had 1 hour total at El Cielo (normally only 30 minutes but we all opted to skip the lighthouse stop) and 20 minutes snorkeling at a different park. Each stop was a tourist trap with pictures and expensive drinks. You were expected to tip just for using a bathroom. We had 1.5 hours to kill at the end walking around downtown cozumel with only a coffee shop pointed out to us. The shops are more pricy than playa del carmen and they have all the same wares. Best I can say is that our guides were cheery and we got a chance to see Cozumel. None of us are likely to go back.

Recomiendo este tour es todo el día buena comida comida regional hecha en casa pero sobre todo Rodrigo el guía que nos toco muy amable muy servicial cualquier pregunta o duda el tiene la respuesta la verdad si pueden preguntar por el se los recomiendo

Pésima, no realizan las actividades q venden. El tour no es en jeep completo te quieren regresar en bus. El estado de los jeep malísimo y ni hablar de los horarios.

This input to and summarize our disappointment regarding this 2 playas day on August 10th 2021. We had a terrible experience compared to what was mentioned and explained to us and more over compare to was we saw on your brochure. The first beach : cielito was extremely small but ok but we could not easily swin - water up to the waist. We stayed there only 50 minutes instead of the 2 hours planned. Then we went to chankanaab Park for a poor and quick lunch on plastic chairs. The beach was not a natural beach no sand only reefs and stones. Full of tourists and poor activities. Such a big disappointment. We were not interested to waste our time (3 hours) over there and decided to leave that place to another natural white sun beach and paid our taxi and the entrance our own. We definitely would have preferred to loose that huge money spent instead of loosing so much money and one full day in Mexico. ARNAQUE, réservé et payé 2 buggy...1 buggy de disponible...Le guide David sinistre personnage...mal poli, pressé, veux nous vendre une assurance supplémentaire pour 20 US dollars, nous refusons, il nous menace de devoir rester sur l'île de Cozumel si il nous arrive qqch avec le buggy tant que notre assurance personnelle n'aurait pas payé les dégâts...excursion d'une journée réduite à 3 heures...360 USD pour 4 personnes...de l'escroquerie...un conseil NE JAMAIS RESERVER AVEC cucurumbe tour des gros voleurs.
