I booked the tour, woke up super early only to find out it was canceled, they didn't even send me an email. My hotel was not included in the pickup points I had to go to another hotel. The experience was terrible

It was a lot of fun. Yohanna was so wonderful,informative and very helpful. She made the trip very interesting.

My tour was canceled less than an hour before the tour was scheduled to begin. There was no courtesy call or text informing of the cancellation! We stood in front of our pick up hotel for 20 minutes

I can was scheduled to be picked up along with 9 people in my party for a full day excursion. Days before the trip I had to reach out to the email address listed because no one checked in with me or confirmed the plans were still on. Expressed concerns based on past reviews and they landed on deaf ears. I get a call THE NIGHT BEFORE telling me the excursion was cancelled and they’d process a refund. Refund was never processed, no one showed up and the owner never responded to my email/refund request.
