ItinerarySandy Bottoms Sailing offers personalized snorkeling, and island hopping tours to the offshore islands of the East Coast of Puerto Rico. Sail with style and comfort in our 47 ft Beneteau Sailboat, while taking in the beautiful views. Our tours are always private (max of 6 guests) and designed around you & your parties' desires. Snorkel, swim, relax on a float, sun bathe on the deck, sip cocktails on a white sandy beach! You and your personal captain will pick the best destination based on ocean conditions, wind, and visibility for snorkeling.Our sail takes about one hour to our destination and an hour return. This leaves us with 4 hours to enjoy snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding, sun bathing, and the beach. Depending on ocean conditions, we visit Palomino, Icacos, and/or Lobos. We do not sail to Culebra.A large selection of appetizers/snacks & our full ship bar are included. Please feel free to bring additional food or beverages if you desire. Highly recommend this adventure. From the start, our interaction with the booking agent, Katie, was great as we narrowed down the specifics of the trip. We were met by Captain Arturo who was the coolest, respectful and very accommodating to ensure our trip was memorable. We loved being involved in deciding where and when to go to the next Islands. The service was unequaled as they made sure all of our needs were met. The meal was delish and drinks flowed all day. If you're looking for a personalized experience this is it. Thank you Sandy Bottoms for making our Anniversary sail once to remember. Oh and we will be back real soon!

Arturo, Kristy, and Katie were absolutely INCREDIBLE! My sister, my friend, and I had scheduled a different excursion on every day of our nine day stay in Puerto Rico and this sailing charter was by far the most anticipated. Because of the efforts of this Captain and crew we definitely weren’t disappointed! We sunbathed, snorkeled, swam, and paddle boarded to our hearts content. We saw reef and fish and turtles. We were even lucky enough to have a dolphin escort on part of our back back to the dock! The food was the best that we had experienced in the whole of our trip and the crew’s hospitality was even better! Katie was nice enough to even bake a birthday cake from scratch to help me celebrate yet another year on this planet. The entire day was so much fun that time seemed to fly right by. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody and everybody!!!

Everything was amazing! The food was great, snorkeling and paddle boarding was so much fun. Arturo and kristi were great company!

Arturo the captain was a man of all trades he not only took us to our destination but knew the area so well that all of our group was able to do and see everything we wanted to. While ensuring that we were all safe the man grilled a 5 star steak on his boat for all six of our group. Arturo along with his crew member Christie were a true dynamic duo. At no moment did I ever feel like I was not being treated like a king. This was by far the highlight of our trip. Thank you Arturo for being so amazing and accommodating.
