This excursion was my first and probably my last with Viator. I went with this excursion as a referral from a friend and Viator seemed like a reputable company being affiliated with Trip Advisor. Well it wasn’t! First the driver was late picking us up, he told us that he had 1 more stop but that turned into 3 more stops. They packed us in the van literally on top of each other with no masks or sanitizer provided. He stopped to get gas and was late dropping us off at the dock. Then we sat on a hot boat in the direct sun which by the way WASN’T even a catamaran but a double decker speed boat with NO bathroom. Then after an hour and a half we arrived in the middle of the ocean to snorkel and they DID NOT provide ANY sanitation for the masks or gear. The snorkeling equipment was not cleaned at all! There was no drinks or snacks on the boat. The food on the island was good and the only good part about the tour. The island did NOT have an open bar but pre made Sangria ONLY and soda and you

Let go back to how He packed up a van that fit 14 pax with 12 pax!!! So basically forget about safety!!! THIS WAS SO HORRIBLE!!! The driver pickup numerous people and gas on the way to the boat that was not a catamaran. We spend more time in the van and picking up other people and driving back and dropping of other people instead of the actual excursion. Viator you have failed me!

We had an awesome time in DR. From the time Henry picked us up @ the airport(on time) everything went very smooth. It was a large group of us (30 ppl). So, we did a lot of activities. We did the day trip to Santo Domingo, the Altos de chavon & Catalina tour( which was the best), we did the boogies, horse back riding, and dolphin. Henry was our tour guide for the week. He took us everywhere and had a lot of patience with us??. It's not easy handling 30 ppl but he catered to all of our needs. Anything we needed he was there for us. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable. Everything was safe and we all had a blast. Will definitely be back and use your services.
