You´ll learn by a bilangüal tour guide, and be able to participate on photo id and research projects to protect the whales.

Carlos/Charley and the rest of Eco Explorer staff lived up to the hype we read about in prior reviews. The tour was fun, educational, and we saw many whales and even some dolphins. It felt like whale watching with old friends! Will definitely book with them again for any tour if we return to the area.

We saw 8 different whales and a sea turtle during our time on the water. Captain Juan Carlos and guide Cynthia did a great job spotting the whales.

Outstanding experience! We saw several pods of whales (each pod between 5-20 whales), a lone dolphin, a manta ray, and a sea turtle. The boat was great....for some reason, I thought the “luxury” boat we signed up for was the fancy yacht in the picture. It was not: more of an open boat with shade and two long benches, more than enough room for the 7 passengers, captain, and guide to move around. I saw other your boats and realized that—simple as it may have seemed—it was a luxury. Emilio the captain did a wonderful job and Carlos....well, I cannot say enough good things about Carlos. He was knowledgeable, bilingual, funny, and thoughtful. Simply the best. Oh, and they had plenty of bottled water and deelish PBJ sandwiches for us. I highly recommend this safe and professional company.

Carlos was a phenomenal guide! It started a little slow but then he took us out a way from other boats and a mom, baby, and escort put us on a private show. He let us hear the male's song and told us lots of cool info I had no idea about. Trip was educational, relaxing, and a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend!

Oscar is a scientist and environmentalist who knows so much about whales, dolphins, and marine life. He has a nonprofit foundation to help them. We learned a lot and didn't realize that the activities of whales help keep our planet clean. This is a great tour and a lot of fun!
