ItineraryThis is a typical itinerary for this productStop At: Marietas Islands, MexicoWe depart around 9 am from Marina Vallarta. At just 10 minutes, the ameca river provide great views and is the perfect spot to find some dolphins having breakfast. Passing the first hour we arrive the islands, but during the winter, the ocean provides great wild life on the way out like dolphins, turtles, mantarays and whales. Arriving the islands we will provide the snorkel gear and we will teach you how to use the gear and life jackets and provide some information to improove your in water skills to make your activity fun and safe.The hidden beach activity is optional and if you like to participate visiting one of the top ten beaches in the world. This activity has extra cost of just u$25.00 we receive the deposit cash by morning during your check in, and if you are not able to get in to it because of availability or weather conditions, we will give your deposit back, we are the only company who offer this kind of waranty for the hidden beach. 99% of our visitors are able to get in to it with no problems.Duration: 2 hoursStop At: Los Arcos de Mismaloya, Puerto Vallarta 48300 MexicoDuring the south dives we visit Los Arcos National park, the place is perfect for begginner dives or experienced divers too, offers depths from 20 ft for practives and certifications, and also a wall with 1600 ft for tech divers.. Marvelous tour. Luis did a fantastic job with our group. He was well versed on the safety of snorkeling in and out of the Hidden Beach. Very informative about wildlife.

FALLARON en la SEGURIDAD DEL BUCEADOR más esencial, no teníamos oxígeno de emergencia a bordo, y el "Divemaster" (que no quería mostrar su prueba de certificación), se enojó cuando les pedimos el oxígeno, y aun así nos consiguieron el equipo (perdimos aproximadamente 1 hora de nuestra hora de salida programada) queríamos verificar si el tanque de oxígeno estaba lleno y funcionando (que tenía un mantenimiento deficiente con mangueras sucias y tanque oxidado) el “divemaster”se bajó del vasco diciéndonos que no saldría con nosotros todo porque queríamos verificar el correcto funcionamiento del oxígeno.
El BCD y las primeras etapas están rotas y viejas, con CERO MANTENIMIENTO, uno de nuestros manómetros se atascó a 1,500 psi y uno de nuestros buzos tuvo que agitarlo (la lectura real fue 700 psi)
Muy mal lugar para bucear sin mencionar de nuevo MALA SEGURIDAD.
Mi esposo es instructor de buceo PADI y estuvo presente durante todo el suceso, se va a meter un reporte directamente con PADI

They FAILED on the most essential DIVER SECURITY, we didn’t have emergency oxygen onboard, and the “Divemaster” (which he didn’t want to show his proof of certification), got mad when we asked for the Oxygen, and even so they got us the equipment (we lost about 1 hour from our scheduled departure time) we wanted to verify if the oxygen tank was full and working (which had a poor maintenance with dirty hoses and rusty tank. It went worse since) he got off the boat because we wanted to verify the correct function of the oxygen.
The BCD and first stages are old, with ZERO MAINTAINENCE, one of our manometers got stuck at 1,500 psi and one of our divers had to shake it (the real reading was 700psi)
Very bad place to dive not to mention again POOR SECURITY.

We booked five days with Vallarta Undersea, and had a absolute BLAST each day. Carlos (aka, Charlie) was an amazing and attentive divemaster. Emilio & Alex were both superb and safe boat captains. The office set us up with nitrox each day, and everyone was VERY helpful and friendly. I dive regularly in California, and my wife and I have been diving all over the world. Puerto Vallarta did NOT disappoint. We were approached by a spotted eagle ray within the first five minutes of the first dive, and had equally amazing encounters on each subsequent dive: sea turtles, manta rays, octopus, eels (EVERYWHERE), scorpion fish, parrot fish, damsels, etc., etc.

Son lo máximo, me encantó su servicio, yo iba con mi esposo, mi hijo y su novia y nos trataron de lujo.
Carlos es un excelente dive master y el capitán Emilio es una gran persona. Me sentí como si llevara años de conocerlos.
