I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly. It was very scenic and photogenic. Only thing I think that could be improved is arriving. It was confusing and the first step of visiting the ticket counter should be eliminated. You should adapt QR codes and include the 29 peso port tax in with the ticket.
We saw two major whale breaches. Very friendly staff. The boat was clean and had a toilet on board. Located inside the Magico shopping center.
We asked to change our date and were told that we could. Then when we tried they said we couldn’t. We never got to go!
The crew was absolutely excellent! Shared lots of information about the whales, and our captain ended up by putting us in the in the middle of four whale pods. It was an extremely memorable experience. Can't thank you enough!
The trip was canceled and we were not informed so we paid for a taxi and wasted 1.5 hrs for nothing. And we were not refunded just told back to come at another time that didn’t work for us
