The bike tour host was very helpful and ensured I had a good experience. The tour allowed me to explore the city and get up close and personal with the settings. Biking up the mountains was a great workout.

My wife and I went from downtown PV through the Malecon and Romantic Zone then right up into the mountains. Victor was our guide and he did a great job. This is a tour where you should wear clothes that can get dirty or wet. Also bring a swimsuit for your visit to Rancho Mi Abuelo. The tour took around four hours and it does require you to be fit and coordinated. This isn't a tour for those with leg/knee/physical issues. If you bike and enjoy that it will be great fun! On our tour there were thousands of butterflies that looked like swallowtails. Rancho Mi Abuelo is fantastic! The food is local, made right there, and fresh - fresh - fresh! Also try a Paloma - large! You can spend an hour easily for lunch and I'd recommend maybe 1-2 hours to really learn about the ranch. Can't say enough good about Victor - he let my wife and I choose what to see and do! I'd recommend doing the tour earlier in the day during the hot season and rainy season.
