Welcome to “Fiesta in the Mountains”. “Fiesta in the Mountains” is an experience created to show the traditions and customs from the State of Jalisco to all Puerto Vallarta´s visitors. Ones we get to the Fiesta we will join 50 minutes of fun with a full color fair and traditional games stands, delicious tacos and local snacks with tasty flavor water, sodas and of course a national open bar. We´ll share laughs with a surprise parody and keep the party on with 55 minutes of Mexican Rodeo presentation, knowing “The Charreria” that in Jalisco it is very popular and a real recognized sport. Mexicanize yourself with moments of high emotions and laughs join the different contest and bull riding presentation. Ones we finish our Mexican Rodeo party, we´ll go to the beautiful area of the place “Los Coapinoles Restaurant.” You are going to be able to taste an exquisite dinner with different traditional dishes like are: Chiles Rellenos, tamales, fajitas, Arrachera (skirt steak), cactus and more. We will close our Fiesta with 45 minutes of live Mariachi music, dancing horse demonstration, a show of “flowering of the lasso” or rope playing, dance invitation, and more.Sample Menu • Beef & Chicken Tacos • Spicy Sausages • Fried Bananas • Popcorn • Churros • Mexican Buffet Dinner

We weren't sure what to expect but thought we would try this. This was AMAZING f rom beginning to the end!
All were given hats to wear.....drinks (included in the price)......games to play........events to watch. There was a rodeo......and then an awesome meal. WOW! We definitely got our money worth! Everyone (staff and guests) were friendly. All had a great time!

We enjoyed this fiesta in the mountains with the traditional music and costumes and such good staff. The view is awesome. The food was excellent but the best was the mexican rodeo. It was a fun night and i would go again.

This was one of the best way’s to be able to have a true Mexican Rodeo experience. The trip started as soon as we left in the bus, the guide ( Valente ) was interacting with everyone on the bus, he gave us a great tour of the areas and pointed out so many different site and gave us some back ground on the all the areas as we travelled up to the Rodeo.
The staff is very helpful, friendly, and personable. There was so many activities prior to the rodeo and it was such a great time. I had my very first wedding up on the mountain, ?? to a very handsome man (Valente) my friend Married her handsome husband ( Carlos ). We could not have asked for two better husbands... ?? it was such a great experience to have, and the way all the staff interacted with all the patrons was excellent.
The Rodeo was an experience I will never forget, the interaction all the staff had with the guests, it was above any expectations I could of had ??. My friend and I were brought down to be a part of the compe

We understood this was a “new” offering, but we were more then impressed with the entire event. They went beyond our expectations to showcase the rich Mexican heritage and traditions around rodeo in a delightful “festive” evening of great food, superior entertainment, and activities that bring the audience into the action, too! Go! You’ll love it.
