I requested to go to the hidden beach at the time of my reservation. When we arrived to check in, they could not find my reservation. When they finally did, we boarded the boat. They had no record that I had requested and been confirmed for the hidden beach. We were excluded from this tour and sat on the boat for a total of 9 hours. They did not serve lunch until 3pm. This was a long and highly disappointing experience. I’ve been to this location and to the islands many times before. This was an awful experience.

Great service & great price. Two meals, drinks, and activities all inclusive. Everyone was extremely nice and felt like a very personal experience. Made friends with staff and was able to make great memories. Thank you for everything!

Continental brkfast was just a sandwhich as well no barbeque was for lunch, just a tuna salad chicken salad and a sandwhich. As well it was 8hours long not 5. Wrong information provided on website
