This was such a fun thing to do with our family of 5 kids from ages 5yrs to 17yrs. Was easy to book the bike hire online and we chose the half bike for our youngest. We turned up and were immediately shuttled in a van by our very nice driver to the drop off point. We were given lots of help and great advice. It is a beautiful journey to do, with loads of places that you can stop and enjoy a picnic. Great being able to bike straight back into town to drop the bikes off and then go and grab ice creams. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing experience with around the basin from start to finish. All 6 bikes were pre booked, easy booking done through email with quick replies. When arriving the bikes were already adjusted to our heights ready to go on arrival. Great well kept bikes, easy for everyone of all abilities to ride. Our bike ride took a little longer than expected and we called to ask if we could extend our booking at late notice, this was no bother at all. They gave us easy instructions on how to return the bikes at their out of hours address. Great friendly helpful service from the team at around the basin in Queenstown.
