Best half day ever. The crew were very friendly and helpful. The trail had great views, 3 suspension bridges and terrific weather. Couldn't have asked for more.

We arrived at the office well in advance of our pick-up time. I wanted to make sure that I didn't need an e-bike. There were e-bikes available but I decided that I would be able to handle the undulating, gravel terrain. Jason, was our guide and pick-up the group up on time. When we arrived at the trail head, Jason unloaded the bikes and gave us a little training on operating the bikes. He was sure to remind the American riders that the front brakes and back brakes are operated by the opposite hands as they are in the USA and we should ride on the left hand side of trail rather than the right hand. He helped us adjust our seats to the correct hight and encouraged us to take a little spin to make sure they were the right height. We were given a map and a water bottle. Jason gave us instructions to follow the orange trail signs and the locations that he would be checking in on us. What an awesome experience!!! Equipment was excellent and BEST brake safety advice given that I will use at home!!! Loved that we had freedom to ride at our own pace but check points along the way ensured we stayed on the correct route. Gibbston Valley Winery and Cheesery was the icing on the cake!!!

What an incredible experience. Maybe my family’s favorite in Queenstown. Incredibly scenic ride. We did the Bridge ride. The eBikes make the ride about the scenery. The entire staff was very accommodating. We visited on the busiest week of the year and we had a scheduling mix up. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us. I give this company and experience my highest recommendation.
