I did a private whale shark tour that was top notch. My family only does private tours because we travel with children and want to get a good experience. Rogelio planned out an excellent excursion from Cozumel. From first class seats on the ferry, to luxury bus to Isla Murjes to a private yacht to the whale sharks. He had a photographer come, so we could focus on the whale sharks. I have to say that the experience exceeded my husband and my expectations. And our last trip was Galapagos, so our expectations are high. We spent a very good amount of time whale shark snorkeling. My 9 year old was taken care of by the crew at all times, in and out of the water, which allowed for my husband and I to enjoy. On the way back we stopped at a store and got supplies. We used VIP Tours Cozumel from our airport pick up, three private tours, and return airport transfer. From the start, Rogelio and VIP Tours were outstanding. There were 12 of us, and he had two vans waiting for us as we departed the airport. We met Rogelio at the Ferry In Playa, where he already had our ferry tickets so we didn't have to wait in line. Rogelio traveled on the ferry to cozumel with us, and talked about our plans for the week. The first day, we had a private snorkeling tour set up. We were picked up and brought to the marina. The boat and staff were outstanding. The food was excellent, as was the tour and the snorkeling. The next day, the guys went on a private fishing trip. Again, they had an awesome time, bringing home a Wahoo and a bunch of mahi mahi. They could not have been more pleased. Part of our group did a trip to Akumal and a cenote and had a great time. When it was time to leave, Rogelio picked us up, and accompanied us back to the Cancun airport

Rogelio booked everything for us and sent confirmation in a timely matter. He was super easy to work with, and extremely accommodating. We planned in meeting up to provide payment. When that didn’t work, he allowed me to pay via PayPal. Would absolutely use his service again.
