We had a wonderful time with Dennis and Shane as our tour guides! We loved the small group as it allowed for our guides to be very attentive and helpful throughout the difficult terrain. My children had a blast swimming and jumping into the natural pools! Highly recommend this tour.

Excellent experience. Our guides Justice and Brian are very nice. A lot of lessons about the rainforest’s history and plants. I’m not good at swimming and Justice helped me a lot when I was in water.

This hike offers a variety of experiences. I enjoyed the thrill of cliff diving, rope swinging, and the natural water slide. My husband preferred to relax. We loved this tour and it was the highlight of our trip! Our fabulous guides, Shane and Dennis, shared their knowledge on the history, geography, and safety which enhanced our experience. Wear water shoes with a good tread and secure fit. You will be walking in mud and water and water shoes will allow the mud to flow through unlike hiking shoes with socks. We only took one bottle of water each on this hike that we could put in our quick dry hiking pants. The hike is wet and slippery and taking a phone, smart watch, sunglasses or any extra items seemed like an opportunity to break or lose something. We did wear hats that could be secured with a tie under the chin, although I left this behind for the cliff diving, rope swinging, and the natural water slide.
