Trip Advisor described the departure point as CENTRAL BARCELONA & handed me off to Viator who described the location as Balmes 5 (NOT on Google). The local vendor was listed as Spain Web Tours which didn't exist (NOT on Google). The phone number given was disconnected. FOUR people couldn't help me locate the departure point on the map (street was Carrer de Balmes which wasn't as appeared on the map I was given), So I was just looking for a good time but got lost in a foreign country unable to contact the tour company to get to the tour on time and/or let them know I was running late. The local vendor turned out to be something called Julia (something something) which couldn't/wouldn't give me a refund, blaming ME the customer who was just looking for a quality reputable vendor(s). Someone dropped the ball but no one would step up and apologize or give a damn, apparently. So disappointed! Worst experience EVER!!!

This tour was amazing!

This was an amazing tour. Although we were many almost a full bus, the agency sent two guides and the group was split to every site, so everybody was able to hear and see.
The explanations were in Spanish and English, alternatively, but the guide had no problems in covering both languages fluently.
My conclusion of this tour is that, even with a smartphone, someone will not see or get the information that a professional guide can offers. The guide will always be better.
