Tours & tour guide was very knowledgeable, very pleasant. We originally made our reservation for this tour 3 months prior to arrival & when we arrived to address stated on reservation, this company Viator/Julia Tours was no longer there & people didn't know where they had moved to. Asked Hotel personnel across the street, was directed to "go about 3 blocks"--very very long 3 blocks away! Would not have made it in time even though we were early to the original address provided on the reservation. We took the taxi, got to the new office. DON'T FORGET TO TAKE ALL PAPERWORK WITH YOU FROM HOME!!!! These people were the most disorganized, stated we didn't have reservations, they couldn't find ours, said we had made the reservations the day before even though we had not. Good thing we had all paperwork with us as proof. They still couldn't find our reservation but issued us tickets to get on the bus for the tours. Surprising to us, this was actually 2 tours split with an hour and half in between each one!! The Barcelona Highlights were ok, not great. You can see as much from the hop on hop off bus. The Montserrat with the Cogwheel Train ride was incredible. As the end of the Montserrat tour we were let off in the middle of the political demonstrations. We tried to discourage this but the bus and tour guide said they couldn't help us. I think this was a very dangerous thing to do and shows no concern regarding the tour group. I don't think Gray Line Tours was very good.

Montserrat is a beautiful place. We enjoyed this tour of Montserrat. The guide on the Barcelona Highlights spoke English very well and was very good, knowledgeable and pleasant person. The tour guide to Montserrat had trouble speaking English and we felt she did not explain everything that we would have liked to know, regardless Montserrat is breathtaking and is worth the trip.
