Transfer was ok. But no warning you change bus. Coach was nice. Journey was fine. Whatever you pay for at the blue lagoon- the changing rooms are busy and stressful with kids screaming. Face masks are pointless. Actual lagoon was a nice experience but don’t think you will be there for hours. Staff in the changing room were a bit aggressive and felt not very relaxing being there. Basically a really expensive local authority pool in the UK

My daughter and I visited the blue lagoon and it was well worth it. The tour operator was great. I would definitely recommend visiting this location when in Iceland.

The tour bus came on time. Visiting the blue lagoon was a great delight. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the spa was very clean. We had the premium package and that was wonderful.

We were worried it would be a tourist trap with people everywhere. It was busy, but there were areas of more privacy and we had an excellent experience.

Amazing experience at Blue Lagoon and booking through Viator was extremely easy. Unfortunately one of the other tours was canceled due to weather but the cancelation and refund process was quick and efficient. Will 100% be using Viator in the future for excursions.
