The market tour was fantastic, we learned some history, some culture and of course about some of the incredible foods in Barcelona plus we were able to sample a few along the way! We only had 2 of us in the group so really got to get our hands dirty once we got to the kitchen. The paella turned out wonderfully and we had no trouble emptying the Sangria pitcher. Thank you for a great experience, can’t wait to try and replicate it at home.

My husband and I and our 2 early 20's sons took this cooking class and learned to make paella, sangria, and a delicious dessert. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, and the setting was charming and cozy. Our chef was friendly and entertaining, and didn't make us feel like the clumsy novices we are!! Bonus...the food was delicious! I highly recommend this experience.

Instructions was engaging and knowlegable about making of the Sangria and Paella; kept the class moving along; probably not enough food to satisfy the appetite of all the participants.

We really enjoyed the Paella cooking class! Even if we were 13 ladies, everyone got their turn to help preparing the food, ask questions and observe in the kitchen. Great teacher, great food and sangria! I highly recommend this cooking class, and will come back for another class next time in Barcelona!

My partner and I did this cooking class and had a blast. Eric was our chef/guide. We opted for the market tour and Eric had fantastic knowledge about the different types of food of Spain and also the history of the market. When we were in the kitchen he showed and explained everything in detail and we definitely got our hands dirty. The hands on part was fantastic because you were literally making your own meal. The end result was just amazing our Paella was delicious.
