Shambhala Retreat
The resort's health spa offers a healthful lunch-and-dinner menu that can be ordered at both Parrot Cay restaurants, from room service, and by Shambhala's pool. Dishes employ blended nut milks, raw honey, and organic, sprouted, and naturally fermented ingredients. Menu choices include raw tuna, avocado, and seaweed salad; sprouted-wheat burger with celeriac remoulade; dehydrated cracked-wheat pizza; seared teriyaki tofu with buckwheat noodles and crunchy greens; steamed fish with shiitake-ginger broth; and berry, fig, and almond dairy-free "cheesecake." Blended juices, dairy-free smoothies, and teas are also available.
