Manuel Antonio is a world famous destination known for its exhilarating outdoor activities. After a short and informative drive (25 minutes approximately) you will arrive to La Foresta Nature Reserve. La Foresta is a 40 hectares private refuge and adventure center located between the national Park and the Quepos Mountains. This refuge creates a natural corridor with reforestation projects and promote a sustainable development to conserve the biodiversity of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Rainforest, specially the habitat of the squirrel monkey (Titi, known locally), the smallest primate of Costa Rica and endemic of this region.
