Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa will be opening their $130M development project in February 2025 on South Caicos in the Turks & Caicos Islands. The resort will feature 100 luxurious rooms including 52 one- and two-bedroom suites and two penthouse Governor’s Suites; all rooms will have ocean front views.
The resort will have six food and beverage options – with a beachfront bar and grill; fine dining, and a grab-n-go café.
Other amenities include the expansive lagoon-style swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center. The full-service spa at Salterra will be a quiet sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation with eight massage rooms.
Salterra will also have a dedicated concierge service offering curated excursions for guests including diving among the eagle rays, kayaking to uninhabited islands, whale watching charters, bone fishing adventures, and guided birdwatching walks.
Salterra is proud to be the leader in sustainability efforts on the island with their renewable energy initiatives; composting of organic waste; elimination of single-use plastics, and partnering with the School for Field Studies on coral reef restoration.

Welcome to Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel in Classic Vacations’ South of France portfolio. The property underwent a major renovation, which ended in 2023. Also known as “Le Grand Dame”, located right-on world-renowned Boulevard De La Croisette, the hotel has a long history of hosting international celebrities and prestigious events, such as the Cannes Film Festival.
