magnificent food, drink and views

Cap Maison is a food lover’s paradise. Home to two of the island’s best restaurants – the panoramic fine dining Cliff at Cap and more casual beachfront Naked Fisherman – and with regular food events, wine cellar tastings, pop up dinners and visiting chefs it delights those who “live to eat”.

All under the watchful eye of award winning head chef Craig Jones, who has worked in several Michelin starred kitchens, and who brings his classical French training to an island rich in colourful natural produce. It is no surprise then that Our Cap it All InclusivePREMIUM goes way beyond your standard all inclusive dining experience

Some of the resort’s notable restaurants include:

The Cliff at Cap – One of the hottest tables in the region with a menu inspired by a fusion of Caribbean and French influence. With unobstructed views towards Martinique to the north and Pigeon Island to the West, and surrounded by the magnificent Caribbean sea, the Cliff at Cap gives you the best seat for unforgettable sunsets.

The Naked Fisherman –Smuggler’s Cove beach is where ‘Cap’ guests love to relax during the day. It provides a “toes in the sand” moment, whilst listening to the gentle lapping of the waves, or watching stunning sunsets. The “Naked Fisherman” is located right on the beach under a thatched Caribbean style roof, with a state-of-the art BBQ and grill. The atmosphere is less formal than the Cliff, but the food is taken just as seriously.

Rock Maison & Champagne Zip Line – With candle lit lanterns and tiki torches lighting the night sky and the sounds of the waves as your backdrop, there are few places in the world which rival this unique romantic setting. Now made famous in many publications, it is often described as one of the most romantic tables for dinner anywhere in the Caribbean. With a champagne zip line bringing your drinks down to you, it’s hard not to enjoy this incredible spot.

Walk In Wine Cellar –Their enviable collection includes: rare champagnes, grand cru Bordeaux, fine Burgundies, orange wines, organic and biodynamic wines made naturally and a collection of fun unpretentious grape varietals from the new world selection. Ask the sommelier to take you to the wine cellar and show you around their collection of 2,000 bottles as he helps you pick your selection. It is possibly the finest wine cellar in Saint Lucia.

Cap Maison Rum – Solera rum is made from the 3 barrels distilled by Saint Lucia Distillers using both pot and column stills, aged in 10-year-old American whisky Barrels. Each rum has its own distinctive flavor and aroma which help define the rum we make.
