The Classic Loves Travel Advisors Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are active, registered travel advisors with an existing account in good standing with Classic Vacations, LLC (“Sponsor”). Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on November 30, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All eligible entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
There are two ways to enter:
A) Automatic Entry via Booking
Travel advisors may receive entries by making completed eligible bookings with Classic Vacations during the booking window, as described below. Eligible bookings must be new, have a deposit on file, and be made via an eligible Classic Vacations advisor account. Cancelled and rebooked bookings do not qualify. There is no limit to the number of entries a Travel Advisor may earn through eligible bookings.
Sponsor will determine “eligible sales” and qualification status in its sole discretion based on Classic Vacations booking systems and reporting.
B) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a booking, you may mail a legible, handwritten entry including your full name, business name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and industry accreditation number (such as IATA, CLIA, TRUE) to:

Limit one (1) AMOE per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026, and received before the winner selectin begins on or before December 11, 2026.
Eligible entries must be new and deposited. Cancelled and rebooked trip will not qualify. The Sponsor in its sole discretion may change or discontinue this promotion at any time without notice.
A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded (First Place, Second Place, Third Place). No prize substitution, or transfer of prizes permitted. Prizes may be fulfilled all or in part by Classic Vacations partners.
5. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or before December 11, 2026, from among all eligible qualified entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via phone and/or email and must respond within five (5) business days. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise undermining the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, electronic, network, or computer failures of any kind, or for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, employees, officers, directors, and travel advisors from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Personal information submitted by participants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
