- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Guests arriving early who wish to ensure that their accommodation is available on arrival are advised to book their room from the night prior to their desired arrival at time of booking. Applicable room rates will apply.
- Checkout time is 1:00 p.m. in the Festive (19 December 2025 – 06 January 2026), Winter (07 January 2026 – 11 April 2026) and Fall (01 November 2026 – 16 December 2026).
- Checkout time is 12:00 noon in the Summer (12 April 2026 – 31 October 2026). Guests who wish to depart after this time are advised to extend their booking by an extra day at the time of booking.
