1. ELIGIBILITY
The Classic Anniversary Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are active, registered travel advisors with an existing account in good standing with Classic Vacations, LLC (“Sponsor”). Employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any entry at any time.
2. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW
In 2026, Classic Vacations is celebrating milestone anniversaries across three destination regions: Europe, The Islands of Tahiti, and Costa Rica (each a “Destination Spotlight”). The Sweepstakes is a year-long celebration featuring three Destination Spotlights, each with a quiz. Qualifying travel advisors may earn entries through eligible bookings and may be required to achieve a qualifying quiz score during designated quiz periods.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIODS
The Sweepstakes includes the following spotlight periods (each a “Spotlight Period”):
- Europe Spotlight Period:
Begins 12:00:00 AM PT on January 6, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on May 31, 2026. - Tahiti & Costa Rica Spotlight Period:
Begins 12:00:00 AM PT on June 1, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM PT on September 30, 2026.
Quiz Periods:
- Europe Quiz Period: June 2026 (dates to be announced by Sponsor)
Timeline + deadline (2)
- Tahiti & Costa Rica Quiz Period: October 2026 (dates to be announced by Sponsor)
Sponsor reserves the right to adjust dates and/or extend, shorten, or modify any Spotlight Period or Quiz Period in its sole discretion.
4. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBLE ENTRIES
There are two ways to enter:
A) Automatic Entry via Booking
Travel advisors may receive entries by making completed eligible bookings with Classic Vacations during each Spotlight Period, as described below. Eligible bookings must be new FIT bookings or FIT Group bookings with a deposit on file, made via an eligible Classic Vacations advisor account. Cancelled and rebooked bookings do not qualify. There is no limit to the number of entries a Travel Advisor may earn through eligible bookings.
Europe Spotlight (January 6 – May 31, 2026):
To qualify for entry into the Europe prize drawing, travel advisors must:
- Reach $50,000 in eligible sales during the Europe Spotlight Period; and
- Score 100% on the Europe Quiz during the Europe Quiz Period (June 2026).
Tahiti Spotlight (June 1 – September 30, 2026):
To qualify for entry into the Tahiti prize drawing, travel advisors must:
- Reach $70,000 in eligible sales during the Tahiti Spotlight Period; and
- Score 100% on the Tahiti Quiz during the Tahiti & Costa Rica Quiz Period (October 2026).
Costa Rica Spotlight (June 1 – September 30, 2026):
To qualify for entry into the Costa Rica prize drawing, travel advisors must:
- Reach $50,000 in eligible sales during the Costa Rica Spotlight Period; and
- Score 100% on the Costa Rica Quiz during the Tahiti & Costa Rica Quiz Period (October 2026).
Sponsor will determine “eligible sales” and qualification status in its sole discretion based on Classic Vacations booking systems and reporting.
B) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a booking, you may mail a legible, handwritten entry including your full name, business name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and IATA/CLIA/TRUE accreditation number to:

5. PRIZES
A total of nine (9) prizes will be awarded: three (3) prizes for each Destination Spotlight drawing (First Place, Second Place, Third Place).
All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes are subject to availability, blackout dates, and restrictions. No prize substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prizes permitted. Prizes may be fulfilled in part by Classic Vacations partners.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & BLACKOUT DATES

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Europe Prize Drawing: Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or before June 30, 2026, from among all eligible qualified entries for the Europe Spotlight.
Tahiti & Costa Rica Prize Drawing: Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or before October 31, 2026, from among all eligible qualified entries for Tahiti and Costa Rica.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Potential winners will be notified via phone and/or email and must respond within five (5) business days. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise undermining the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, electronic, network, or computer failures of any kind, or for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, employees, officers, directors, and travel advisors from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize.
10. TAXES AND FORMS
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to submit an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted by participants will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes and subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
