Last October, San Regis – Paris celebrated 40 years of family management. Since 1984, Mr. Elies George and his brother have transformed the hotel into a 5- star gem with the support of a loyal team. The milestone also marked the retirement of their cherished Concierge, Jean-François Chauvin, after over 50 years of service.
